The social web is one of the most disruptive forces in business today. We have moved beyond social networks to a social web, a web where our friends and peers will be our primary source of information, content and recommendation. To navigate this, brands need a truly joined up approach, where campaigns, conversations and platforms exist in a virtuous social ecosystem.
Our aim is to create an agency that moves beyond silos to think holistically about the social web, from search and monitoring to influencer outreach to social media campaigns and platforms and to move beyond communications to think about social business design. This dictates our approach and our core principles:
- A holistic approach to social media
- The need to plan for participation and understand influence
- The importance of social business design
We are currently working with a number of clients including Argos, L’Oreal, Vertu, British Gas, Mercedes-Benz, Hitachi and Travelodge on a range of exciting projects. To find out more about us, have a look at our creds or get in touch.
